Carlie hitting her approach to the 11th hole today	Carlie off to a steady start in Arras June 22 2007 Carlie has opened with a respectable round of 73 on the first day of the 2007 Verdiorbis French Ladies Open this morning. Carlie got off to a flying start with birdies on her opening two holes, before giving one back with a bogey on the par 5 fifth hole. Hitting her sand iron to the 14th this morning	Putter goes cold as the heat rises in Rome May 23 2007 An ice cold putter has left Carlie behind the eight ball after an opening round 78 in The BMW Ladies Italian Open this morning. Carlie failed to register a single birdie for first time in 3 years, as she fell well off the pace set by Denmark’s K M Juul, who scorched the Parco De Medici layout with a round of eight under 64. Teeing off the back nine in hot but perfect conditions, Carlie’s putting woes were apparent early with 3 putts from 10 feet and 5 feet on the 11th and 14th holes respectively. ...read more
